	Note
	It is generally OK for a player of another team of the school  to stand in for an ill or absent player.
	That is not the case here where half of each of two teams to swapped so that their second series of
	games included playing against the team for which they previously played (originally defined as their team).
	Rather than disqualifying both teams (unfair to NL teams) or allowing the swap (unfair to all other teams)
	a compromise has been used in which scores of the two versions of the teams are used.
	In each version of the team, the other version does not score for the players who swapped.
