IMPORTANT MESSAGES

Please check these messages regularly during the course of the competition.

[29 November]:  This year's competition has been won by The King's School, which will now represent NSW in the Primary Open division of the Australian Schools Teams Championships on the Gold Coast on 7-8 December. Lindfield Public School will represent NSW in the Primary Girls division.

[15 November]:  This year's competition will be completed on 29 November with the last two matches: the Country Districts final followed by the NSW final (between the metropolitan and country winners).

[11 October]:  The first matches in the inter-region finals have been scheduled for 18 October, with others to follow when more region winners are known.

[13 August]:  The first matches in the region finals have been scheduled for 23 August, with others to follow soon afterwards.

[7 June]:  The draw for Central Coast Division CC2 has been amended.

[15 May]:  The draw for Blacktown Division BL1 has been amended.

[15 May]:  The draws for St George-Sutherland Divisions GS4 and GS5 have been amended.

[14 May]:  The draws for Upper North Shore Divisions UN2, UN7 and UN8 have been amended.

[13 May]:  The draw for Blacktown Division BL2 has been amended.

[13 May]:  The draw for Lower North Coast Division LC1 has been amended.

[13 May]:  The draws for Hills Divisions HD2 and HD3 have been amended.

[12 May]:  The draw for Shoalhaven Division SV2 has been amended.

[11 May]:  An explanation of the rationale behind the draw has been provided - see the link in the lower menu at left.

[11 May]:  All draws are now available except for some yet to be provided by the local organisers and some which will be held (usually on one day) later this term.

[9 May]:  The draw for Wentworth Division WE5 has been amended.

[9 May]:  The draw for East Coast Division EC3 has been amended.

[8 May]:  The draw for Inner Western Division IW3 has been amended.

[7 May]:  The status of the remaining Country draws is as follows:

North Coast, North West and Western Regions: The zone competitions in these regions are mostly organised locally and are normally held later in second term (Coffs Harbour and Northern Rivers Zones have already been scheduled).

Riverina and South Coast Regions: In view of the short notice Wagga Wagga, Highlands and Illawarra Zones will start a week late (17 May) - their draws will be available in a day or two. The other zones in these regions are organised locally and are normally held later in second term.

[7 May]:  The draws for Cumberland Divisions CU1 and CU2 have been amended.

[7 May]:  The draws for Upper North Shore Divisions UN1, UN3, UN5, UN6 and UN8 have been amended.

[6 May]:  The competition booklets and result cards have been posted to all participating schools.

[6 May]:  The draws for Met West and Met South-West Regions (all zones) are now available. All metropolitan draws are therefore now available.

[5 May]:  The draws for Manly-Warringah Divisions MW6 and MW7 have been amended.

[4 May]:  The draws for Met North Region (all zones) are now available.

[3 May]:  The draws for Met East Region (all zones) and Hunter Region are now available. More draws will follow soon.

[25 April]:  Work is under way in preparing the draw. The draw for each zone should be added progressively over the next few days. Please monitor this page until your draw is available (Please do not phone the Primary Schools Coordinator to ask when your draw will be available – he is working night and day on the draws and any interruptions will cause further delays!)  The first round for most zones will be on Friday 10 May (the second Friday of term), except in some country zones which are organised locally or where schools arrange to play multiple matches in one day to reduce travel.
