Championship ¹		¹ All schools which have fielded teams in previous years should consider entering at least their strongest team in the Championship Grade.
Intermediate (if available) ² Make sure you mark alternative at right!		² If there are insufficient entries in this grade in your zone, then teams will be reallocated to Championship or Rookies Grade. (Please indicate your preference – the number of teams in each.)
Rookies – all years		NOTE: In areas where there is a relatively small number of teams in the zone, the grades may be combined in one level.
Junior Rookies – Year 3 & under (if available) ³		³ If there are insufficient entries in this grade in your area, Junior Rookies (Year 3 & under) teams will play in other Rookies (all years) divisions.
TOTAL		NOTE: The Director of Play reserves the right to vary the grades entered – if necessary to suit the draw.

PAYMENT: $33 per team (including GST) $

ENTRIES CLOSE Friday 11th March 2011. The Competition will start on Friday 6th May.

After submitting your entry you will be shown the details as confirmation of what you have sent (you may print this if desired).
